When will the results portal open?
The results portal will open on the 1 October 2026.
When can I complete my race?
You have from Thursday 1 October 2026 to Sunday 10 January 2027 to complete and upload your race.
How can I upload my results?
You will upload a photograph of your race result to our results portal. Most participants will use Strava to record their results.
Do virtual runners receive a medal?
Yes, the $27.50 includes worldwide shipping of your medal!
When will my medal be shipped?
Your medal will be shipped following the completion of virtual events on 10 of January 2027.
Will I receive a medal if I don’t upload a result?
No, you will not receive a medal. To ensure the integrity of event and finishing positions you will not receive a medal.
Can I submit a race that is not the distance that you were signed up for?
No. As an example if you enter the 10km event and submit a 7km run you will not receive a medal.
What happens if I don’t submit my run before the 10th of January 2027?
Unfortunately, if you submit your race after 10 January 2027 11:59PM Australian Eastern Daylight Time (AEDT), you will not receive a medal. This is to ensure that we can arrange the timely shipping of everyone’s medals.
Can I enter multiple virtual events?
YES! You absolutely can. You may enter as many virtual events as you like and will be awarded and posted a medal for each respective event.
Can I compete in the virtual events outside of Australia?
Yes, you sure can, we will ship your medal worldwide!
What is the 2027 medal design?
There will be a new design for 2027! We will be releasing the design in the coming months.
